Services

Work that starts with a decision, not a deliverable.

Four disciplines, engaged individually or run in sequence. Each one is scoped in writing, delivered in milestones, and invoiced only once you have approved it.

01

Foundation

Brand strategy

Before anything is designed or promoted, we settle what the business actually is in the mind of a buyer. That means choosing a position you can defend, naming the audience precisely enough to exclude people, and writing the language your whole team can repeat without paraphrasing it into mush.

The output is not a mood board. It is a written strategy your sales, marketing, and leadership can all work from — and a messaging framework specific enough to brief a designer, a writer, or a media buyer from directly.

  • Market and competitor review
  • Positioning statement and rationale
  • Audience and segment definition
  • Value proposition by segment
  • Messaging architecture and proof points
  • Naming and tagline development
  • Tone of voice guidelines
  • Brand and visual direction brief
What you end up with

A written positioning and messaging platform your team can brief from, without a meeting to explain it.

02

Direction

Marketing consulting

Once the story is settled, the question becomes where to spend and what to stop. We map the customer journey against your real sales process, choose the channels that suit how your buyers actually decide, and allocate budget in a way you can defend to a board or a bank.

This usually involves cutting things. Most marketing budgets contain at least one line item running on inertia, and we would rather redirect it than quietly leave it running.

  • Marketing audit and channel review
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Go-to-market planning
  • Channel selection and rationale
  • Budget allocation and forecasting
  • KPI definition and reporting structure
  • Agency and vendor evaluation
  • Quarterly roadmap
What you end up with

A costed marketing plan with named channels, defined targets, and an explicit list of what you are no longer doing.

03

Execution

Content & campaigns

Strategy earns nothing until something ships. We turn the messaging platform into campaign concepts, editorial plans, and creative briefs, then oversee the people producing the work — whether that is your in-house team, your existing agency, or freelancers we help you appoint.

We stay close enough to protect the intent. The most common failure point is a good strategy diluted by twelve small production decisions nobody flagged.

  • Campaign concepts and platforms
  • Editorial and content calendars
  • Creative briefs for design and copy
  • Website and sales copy direction
  • Case study and proof development
  • Email and nurture sequences
  • Social and organic content frameworks
  • Production oversight and quality review
What you end up with

Live campaigns and a content operation your team can keep running after the engagement ends.

04

Growth

Digital growth

The part where attention becomes enquiries. We restructure the website around how buyers actually move through it, fix the search visibility problems that are costing you qualified traffic, and put reporting in place that answers one question honestly: which activity produced revenue.

Where paid media is involved, we set the strategy, brief and oversee the buyer, and hold the spend accountable to defined targets rather than platform-reported vanity metrics.

  • Website structure and conversion review
  • Search visibility and technical SEO
  • Local search and listings
  • Paid media strategy and oversight
  • Landing page and funnel design
  • Analytics and tracking setup
  • Lead capture and routing
  • Performance reporting
What you end up with

A site and funnel that convert, plus reporting that attributes enquiries to the activity that produced them.

The process

Every engagement runs the same four stages.

No surprises about what happens next, who is doing it, or what it costs.

Stage one

Consult

A working conversation about the business, the friction, and the outcome you need. No cost and no obligation.

Stage two

Scope

Deliverables, milestones, fees, timelines, and refund terms are set out in a written agreement and signed before work begins.

Stage three

Build

Work is delivered milestone by milestone, with reasonable revisions included until the agreed outcome is met.

Stage four

Approve

You review and approve the milestone. Only then is it invoiced, and payment is made through Stripe or PayPal.

Billing

You pay after the work is delivered and approved.

Every project begins with a consult, and scope and milestones are agreed in writing before anything starts. Work then runs in defined milestones. An invoice is issued only after a milestone has been completed, revised as reasonably needed, and approved by you. There is no upfront payment for undelivered work.

Reasonable revisions to reach the agreed outcome are included in the milestone, not treated as an upsell. If a project cannot be completed, you receive a pro rata refund for any paid but undelivered milestone. If work was carried out but the milestone was not reached, it is not charged.

Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. All fees are quoted and billed in CAD. Full scope, fees, currency, timelines, and refund terms are set out in your written agreement and on the Terms & Conditions page.

What that means in practice

  1. The first consult is free and carries no obligation.
  2. Nothing is invoiced before it is delivered and approved.
  3. Milestones you never reach are never charged.
  4. Paid but undelivered work is refunded pro rata.
  5. Reasonable revisions are part of the milestone.
  6. All fees are quoted and billed in CAD.

Get started

Bring us the version that is still messy.

You do not need a brief written before you call. Describe what is happening, what you have already tried, and what you need to be different in six months. We will tell you which of the four disciplines above actually applies — and if none of them do, we will say that too.
